Contortions

Somehow, talk on a doorstep included a mention of yoga. I said that I had been told of a good way of keeping the back in a good shape. This is by holding one hand over the shoulder above and trying to make its fingers reached the twistef back fingers of the other hand somewhere mid-back. And so I demonstrated this, although, in my bog coat, I was not as as adept as usual. With which, however, the whole family did likewise.
